Since 2015, he has served as Tech Director for Poplar Creek Church, where he manages audio and visual systems, designs efficient workflows, oversees training, leads equipment implementation, and supports multiple services and productions weekly. Prior to that, Falcon also worked in roles focused on mechanical systems, operations efficiency, and customer service.
